Sunday, September 29, 2024 - Cruising at Sea (aboard Sapphire Princess)

 

Fresh made omelet at the Lido Buffet.  I requested mushroom, spinach, bacon, jalapenos, and bell peppers.  I also put some freshly made salsa on top... it was delicious!


My savory morning.  Chicken congee (rice porridge) with fried garlic, sauteed onions, sausage & crispy bacon.  

Lunch appetizer in the International Dining Room: Calamari fritti with different dipping sauces.  

Lunch Main Course: Thai Green Pork Curry with jasmine rice, bok choy, & shitake mushroom

Panko shrimp with sweet chili dipping sauce, gouda cheese, & garlic green olives
